In line with Tier 4 guidelines we are allowed to open, however we will be opening in a different way to protect our staff, the local community and the people that we work with. Read on for our bike repairs operations update for lockdown :

Bike Repairs  Pre Book in and contactless drop off service only  – use email or messenger to book a bike repair, please include a photo of your bike. We will then reply to you with drop off instructions, do not just turn up to the shop with a bike repair – we may not even be there, remember we don’t live there…  We will be unable to turn bike repairs around within less than 2 days during this time, so please bear that in mind when planning and booking. We have a limited number of Government Cycle Repair Vouchers remaining, please get in touch if you wish to take advantage of one of these or know someone who may.

Whether it’s a puncture repair or a full service required don’t hesitate to  get in touch and we will try our best to help you out.

Please email for details.

We run a professional, tidy workshop and aim to have your bike running like new every time, whether it’s an electric bike, racing bike, tourer or full suspension mountain bike.

Our workshop staff hold industry qualifications, undertake training with our suppliers on an ongoing basis and us the correct equipment to get you out on your bike again as soon as possible.

We recommend pre booking your repair or service particularly if you are taking part in an event, do not leave it until the day before. However you don’t always know when your bike is going to break down and we will always try and fit you in on the day.
