We would recommend an early start to allow you the full day to complete the challenge. The average times are between 4 – 6 hours. We also highly recommend that you check out a map and are able to navigate yourself, there are no signs on route. The Aviemore Bikes Epic is only a guide, Aviemore Bikes (Aviemore) LTD can not be held responsible for any injuries to you or your party on route. Be aware that this is a long route that takes you into areas where there is little or no phone signal, you should be competent at fixing your bike and yourself and take adequate supplies.
